Nick is an experienced strategic leader and results-focused executive with a proven track record of driving successful business and M&A outcomes as a corporate executive, private equity investor, and board director. For nearly his entire career, Nick has worked with growth-oriented middle market companies to drive enterprise value creation, growth, and profitability via strategy development, process implementation, and continuous process improvement. He has more than 14 years of experience leading and executing M&A transactions and has served for 5 years as a board member of middle market companies in the business and media services, education & training, and healthcare markets.
He comes to Quote.com from Omnicell (NASDAQ:OMCL), a leader in healthcare technology and analytics, where he served as Senior Director of Corporate Development and led both domestic and international cross-functional teams in executing M&A and strategic alternatives initiatives. Previously, Nick spent 9 years as a private equity investor at multiple firms, which included scaling a private equity firm from startup to 6 platform companies in 5 years. Nick began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Harris Williams & Co., where he executed numerous sell-side M&A transactions.
Nick holds a BSB in Finance and Mathematics with an Accounting minor from the University of Minnesota, where he completed the Honors program and played defensive back on the Golden Gopher football team. He also holds an MBA with Beta Gamma Sigma academic honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
